For my Bachelor's thesis, I worked with toxic dinoflagellates (Lingulaulax polyedra) in Bremerhaven, Germany. Now, I am doing my PhD in Kalmar, Sweden, working on toxic cyanobacteria (Nodularia spumigena) from the Baltic Sea. My current experiments are focussed on adaptations to climate change (temperature & salinity).
